How To Make Delicious And Delicious Chicken Tofu Nugget

Well, this time we are going to make Nugget with tofu and added meat.

Can you imagine how it feels ??

Tofu is processed with meat and then fried into nuggets when eaten in the mouth it tastes crispy.

Let's just go to the Material and How to make it.

Ingredients :

• 1 large white tofu
• 2 grams of grilled chicken meat
• 3-4 tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning flour
• 1 tablespoon of bread flour / panir flour
• 1 egg
• Pepper powder to taste
• Chicken broth to taste
• Just enough sugar
• Salt to taste

Coating Material:

• Egg
• Flour bread / Panir flour

How to make :

1. Mix all ingredients, stir well
2. Place it in a container or pan that has been oiled with.
3. Then steam + - 20 minutes or until done (a prick test if nothing is stuck means it's cooked).
4. After warm, remove it from the container or pan, wait for it to cool.
5. Then cut into pieces according to taste, set aside
6. On the other hand, shake 1 egg and prepare the flour or bread flour in a separate container.
7. Roll the nuggets into a beaten egg and then bury them with panir flour until smooth
8. Store briefly in the refrigerator to make it more set.
9. Fry when it will be served, or keep it in the freezer as stock.
10. Fry until golden brown, remove from heat and place on a plate and serve
11. Tofu Meat Nugget is ready to be enjoyed.
