This curry, different from the goulash in general. the basic ingredients of making curry using eggs. so that it feels more mantab, this time I use duck eggs. indeed the price of duck eggs is slightly more expensive than chicken eggs.

• 4 eggs
• Dilute 700 ml coconut milk
• Thick coconut milk 400 ml

• 1 lemongrass (geprek)
• 1 galangal segment (geprek)

Ingredients:

• 8 shallots
• 4 garlic
• 1 segment of ginger
• 1 turmeric segment
• 3 tablespoons of ground red chili (which has been blended smoothly)
• Salt to taste

How to cook :

1. Boil eggs (set aside)
2. Blend all ingredients with a fine spice
3. Heat a frying pan add the spices, lemongrass leaves and galangal then cook with thin coconut milk until it boils.
4. After boiling add thick coconut milk in stir.
5. Then add the eggs and leaf treads. Cook until well done.
